Delegation of Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College Visited USY

On September 27, 2019, Mr. Chairman Ernst Lykke Nielsen and Ms. President Anya Eskildsen of  Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College visited USY to carry out the exchanges on further in-depth cooperation. Mr. President Lu Dan, Ms. Vice President for H.R and International Partners Zoe Che, and the Dean of Silk Road Business School Mr. Tian Yanfu of USY attended the meeting.

During the meeting, President Lu Dan extended the warm welcome to the guests from Denmark. It has been a long time since the establishment of the cooperative relations between Niels Brock and USY, Lu said, adding that a frequent exchange between two sides is very important to the maintenance and improvement of the partnership, therefore, hes looking forward to actively discussing and extending the new opportunity for collaboration through communication and negotiation. President Anya Eskildsen expressed thanks to the hospitality of USY as well as the expectation of further in-depth cooperation. According to the meeting discussion, every student in the cooperative program of Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management may have the opportunity to study abroad in Denmark. They also had exchange of views on graduate education and overseas study.

 

In 2015, Niels Brock and USY had a talk about the cooperative program in running-school, signed the MoU and Cooperation Letter of Intent; In 2016, Mr.President Lu Dan brought his delegation to Niels Brock to conduct the inspection, during which the two sides reached a consensus on jointly establishing the Copenhagen Silk Road Business School Program and signed the MoU documents. The Copenhagen Silk Road Business School has been successfully set up in Denmark and Scandinavian.

After the meeting, President Anya Eskildsen had a face-to-face communication with the students of Silk Road Business School, sharing her thoughts about study and the industry forefront. The delegation also visited the Saxo Fintech Laboratory, Supercomputer Center and Shushan Hall (Library).
